SARVAJANIK GANESHOTSAV – State Festival of Maharashtra

CURRENT CONTEXT : Maharashtra Cultural Affairs Minister Ashish Shelar announced in the Legislative Assembly that Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav (10-day public Ganesh festival) is officially recognized as the State Festival of Maharashtra, with government funding and support.
