Why in news?

• Recently the union minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and AYUSH, inaugurated “Nikarshan Sadan Dredging Museum”.
• The Nikarshan Sadan Museum is built by “Dredging Corporation of India”, at DCI campus in Visakhapatnam.
• The museum displayed models of different types of dredgers, historical milestones, and vintage photos of this dredging behemoth from Eastern Port of Vizag City.
