Mission Poshan 2.0

Current Context : Union Minister Smt Annpurna Devi launches 7th Rashtriya Poshan Maah 2024.

• Focus is on comprehensively addressing malnutrition which is a key component of Mission Poshan 2.0.
• It will focus on the themes of Anaemia, Growth Monitoring, Complementary Feeding, Poshan Bhi Padhai Bhi, Technology for better Governance, and Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam.

• Mission Poshan 2.0, is committed to fight malnutrition among children, adolescent girls, pregnant women and lactating mothers across the country.
• It seeks to address the challenges of malnutrition in children, adolescent girls, pregnant women and lactating mothers through a strategic shift in nutrition content.
