• Eligibility: Graduates with bachelor’s degree or higher from reputed universities/research institutions; professionals in STEM teaching & research.
• Features:
• Greater flexibility in entry and validity period.
• Broader scope (education, science, technology, culture, entrepreneurship, business).
• No requirement of local enterprise sponsorship.
