• Supporting Agencies: Backed by the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Korea Eximbank, and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), providing technical and financial support.
• Strategic Goals: Aligns with broader trilateral objectives to ensure economic security, resilient digital supply chains, and a stable digital landscape, bolstering Indo-Pacific regional stability.​
