ABOUT FACE AUTHENTICATION:

• Developed by UIDAI.
• Works on 1:1 matching of live face image with Aadhaar repository image.
• Alternative to fingerprint, iris scan, and OTP-based
• Expected to reduce errors in rural/aged population biometric failures.
