Current Context : The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with IIT-Delhi for the development of diamond-based deep ultraviolet (UV) photodetectors marks a significant milestone in India’s technological advancements.

  • Material : Utilizes lab-grown diamonds produced using Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) techniques, with diamond’s ultra-wide bandgap properties.
