CURRENT CONTEXT : Prime Minister Narendra Modi received “The Order of the Most Ancient Welwitschia Mirabilis”, Namibia’s highest civilian honour, from President Netumbo Nandi‑Ndaitwah—his 27^th international award—during his state visit.
