- Network Design: Ring topology optical-fibre network using IP-MPLS; routers at block and GP levels.
- Service Standards: ≥25 Mbps FTTH; 98% uptime; rural Wi‑Fi & institutional connections.
- O&M: 10-year operations and maintenance commitment under BharatNet Udyami model.
