2024 BBC Indian Sportswoman of the Year

Manu Bhaker won the 2024 BBC Indian Sportswoman of the Year award.

• First Indian athlete post-independence to win two medals in a single Summer Olympics (Paris 2024).
• Won bronze medals in 10m air pistol and mixed 10m air pistol events.
• Previous BBC recognition: 2020 BBC Emerging Athlete of the Year.
• Winner selected through public voting after nomination by a panel of sports journalists.
