- Dharamsala city will soon have 10 charging stations for electric cars and two-wheelers. These stations will be set up at places having ample parking facilities.
- According to Commissioner of the Dharamsala Municipal Corporation (MC), a subsidiary of the BHEL had been given the contract of charging stations under the Smart City Project.
- Each station would have one point for charging four-wheelers and five points for two-wheelers.
- After installation, the company would hand over the charging stations to the MC.
