Current Context : Uttarakhand Government launched an app called the ‘e-Swasthya Dham’ to improve healthcare and monitoring systems for pilgrims visiting the sacred Char Dham Yatra.

• App was launched in collaboration with WISH (Wadhwani Initiative for Sustainable Healthcare).
• This app is a specialized online tool meticulously created to track pilgrims’ health status during their yatra.
• It is connected with the current Char Dham registration portal.
• Every devotee is required to register on this app and upload their medical records.
