Karmayogi Prarambh

• Karmayogi Prarambh has marked its one-year anniversary
• It is an online orientation programme under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
• The program aims to provide all the necessary details related to government policies for newly appointees recruited through Rozgar Melas.
• It includes a set of eight courses curated to help all Rozgar Mela appointees.
• It falls under the purview of Misson Karmayogi.

ABOUT MISSION KARMAYOGI

• National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) – Mission Karmayogi was launched in 2020.
• It aims to create a professional, well-trained and future-looking civil service, that is imbued with a shared understanding of India’s developmental aspirations, national programs and priorities.
• The key philosophy of NPCSCB is to create an ecosystem of competency driven training and Human Resource (HR) management by transitioning from a ‘rules-based’ system to the ‘roles-based’ system.
• The National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building has six key pillarse.
