Firoz Shah Tughlaq marched with his army from Delhi towards Nagarkot during the reign of Rup Chand. After submission of Rup Chand, Firoz Shah Tughlaq visited Jwalamukhi Temple. There existed a library of 1300 books in the temple. Sultan had great love for the books. Raja Hari Chand 1 went to a hunting expedition and fell into a well. After searching the officials returned and performed his funeral rites. Even his Ranis became Sati.
