Raja Umed Singh built a palace named Rajnagar at a place called Nada. The foundation of ‘Rang Mahal of Chamba‘ and the Akhand Chand portion of the palace was also erected by him.
Ghamand Chand of Kangra seized the fort of Pathiyar during the reign of Raj Singh.
In 1809, during the reign of Raja Jit Singh, Chamba became the tributary of Lahore.
