Current Context : The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has successfully demonstrated and tested the powerful Typhoon vehicle at its Transport Battalion in Chandigarh.

ABOUT TYPHOON-K

• It is a modern military vehicle developed by Russia, primarily for use by the Russian Armed Forces.
• It is a strong and adaptable vehicle made for tough terrains. It can do more than just transport troops and cargo.
• It can also support various technical systems and weapons.
• Equipped with advanced suspension systems for improved off-road capabilities and mobility in various terrains.

• Typhoon-K 4×4: A lighter variant used for more versatile and mobile operations.
